Just got a phone, have no idea what it is, help me find the driver?

The phone was just handed to me by my parents, so I've really got no idea what it does. Just browsing through the manual, it looks like it's got a ton of stuff.

Anyways, the charging/communication port is just a standard USB d-sub connector. I figure "gee, I've got a bunch of those lying around," so I hook up the phone. Windows XP cannot find a driver for it. The Device Manager reports it as a "Motorola A41x/V32x," but a bit of Googling seems to indicate that it's a Motorola V325.

Any idea what this is, and any way to access the file system? I just want to pull any pictures I take, and maybe put a ringtone on it.

Thanks.

Ninja Edit: Forgot, my provider is Verizon if that helps.

if its a Verizon V325 (take the batt out and read the label..)...

pop over into the Verizon/Moto section for info...

You can use Motorola Phone Tools (aka MPT, formerly Mobile Phone Tools), BUT you must seem edit the phone first...

Yep... that is because more people with Moto's from Verizon hang out there... I know this info is discussed there... For example... -> Is there any way to transfer pics off the V325 (Verizon)

AND.... hacking the CDMA PHONES (verizon)... is NOT THE SAME as hacking GSM Phones (Cingular, T-Mobile, etc...)... Most/all of the GSM Hacking tools don't work on CDMA phones... The seem values are different, the seem numbers are different... Not all the same offset/bit's do something on a CDMA moto..

About 90% or more of the people in the plain Moto sections have/use/hack GSM phones... Many of them have NOT played with the CDMA phones
to realize these differences either...

So yeah, I ususally suggest popping over to the Verizon/Moto section if you have a Moto from Verizon... I also usually recomend reading -> http://mark.cdmaforums.com too
