I'm trying to mod this thing, but i'm not having much luck. Mainly I just want to add some skins but I can't get it to connect. Has anyone had any luck on Modding this thing?

I have no problem modding my e816 using a combination of BitPim, PST, and P2k Commander. For skins you need PST (to provide connection from computer to phone) and P2k Commander. Basically, the stuff that works for an e815 will work for an e816.

OK.. maybe i'm just stupid here. I can on occassion get MPT to connect to the phone. Most of the time it will not. I have not been able to get PST or P2K to connect at all. I have uninstalled everything and re-installed what I thought was the correct drivers.
Can someone point me to a site that has all of the software and instructions I need to do this?
