Cellphone ringtone help

I have a question, you all know how on the cingular website they had the American Idol ringtones. Well I didn't have a cell phone that played music tones, so I bought them on my boyfriends cell (so they are on his cellphone), well now I bought my new cellphone and it does not hook up to our computer like his does and I was wondering if any of you knew how I could get my American Idol ringtones off his phone. And they took them off the cingular website or I would just buy them again.
Please help me, I have 3 of Kellie's ringtones and I really want them on my phone.
