v3 Razr issues

1) my phone is ultimately laggy. Menus, texting, etc.
2) When the screensaver "turns on" it runs at about 2 frames per second and while it's running... it also has white flashes of horizontal and vertical bars... Very annoying.
3) my phone acquired vertical lines randomly.. and at times when I open it my outer LCD doesn't change.. and when it does change... if I close the phone it doesn't go to the normal LCD.. it stays in the "M" symbol.
There are a few other things, but I can't recall them right now.

[EDIT]- My phone also has been turning its self off randomly.. which is bad because it's my alarm clock. My batteries are fine [all three]..

I just got it maybe 3 weeks ago. My razr's holder is magnetized, and I'm thinking that has something to do with it. :\ Anybody know what I should do? Reflash?

I can't return it, the company won't allow me to.

Somebody, anybody?

[EDIT NUMBER TWO]- I just changed out the battery and.. the screen problem sort of went away.. I'm not sure about everything else..

I dont know if it is possible for a battery to do that to a phone?!
