Hello,

I searched and could not find anything on this issue. I am currently on my third V65P since November. All three have/had the same issue. After 1-2 months of owning it it starts to power itself off randomly. It can happen any time of day or night, any battery level, any reception area etc. It will start with it doing it once in a month, then weekly, then it starts to do it multiple times in a week. I had my first phone sent in under warranty. Motorola replaced it with a refurbished unit. That unit started doing the same thing after a month and a half and was powering itself off 2 times a week so I took it in. The store I took it too lost the phone so I was given a brand new one at the end of April. Now almost two months later this phone is powering itself off about once a week. Is this a common problem? What is going on? Thank you in advance for any help you provide.
