go over 5k n&w!?!?

i've have customer go over the 5k n&w on the 450r minute plan for 2 months in a row and just now finally went up on his plan. this month he went over by 1400 minutes resulting in almost $600 dollars in overage charges. he already used 1800 n&w minutes in 12 days! i looked at his detail and there are calls each night for well over 200 minutes for every night. anyone else ever see someone use that many night & weekend minutes?

I hit a record of 7,400 minutes once. It is possible, but thankfully I had unlimited and not 5,000. I can't believe my ear was still attached to my body at the end of that month.

y sister constantly uses around 11,000 minutes in N&W. I must admit this is with 7-7. She's 18 and also has the 2500 txt plan. Where she finds the time to use all of this I don't know. The most I've ever seen was 3 years ago. I had a gentleman using 15,000 minutes in N&W because he was working out of state and he could only speak to his wife during those hours. This was the old 9pm days. He had one month with a little under 18,000. How this was possible I don't know. I don't think that leaves much time for sleeping.

Nice. The most minutes i've used in a month was 6,154 and I thought that was a lot. lol

Someone that works at the hotel down the street from my store comes in every couple of weeks, usually on saturday, to talk about phones and stuff. They work the night shift, 11pm to 7am, and said they're on the phone just about every minute of it with friends and family. I don't remember the exact amount of N&W minutes they use, but it was close to 8000.

They have unlimited N&W, but were wondering why mobile to mobile was charged as N&W minutes. When asked if it really mattered since they were both unlimited, they said that it wasn't really mobile to mobile anymore if they showed up on the bill as N&W minutes.

Seen it before. Guy went over the 5000 plus an addtional 5 thousand. He and his girlfriend talked ALOT. All of his daytime calls except for some were m2m calls to her. Thats love man.

i would never want to talk to someone that much in a month, better yet have that much to tell them.

I asked a customer one time how he managed to go over 5k n&w minutes and he told me that he was in a long distance relationship and he called his girlfriend every night before going to bed and they left the call connected all night to "sleep together."

didn't have any rollover minutes, they used them up the month before and only had a $350 dollar bill, but this month since there we no rollover minutes and they went over by like 1400 something it resulted in a $800 and something bill
