? about the razr v3

i have had one for less than a year. when i make a call the phone just powers off automatically. 3 times in a row i turn the phone back on and it does the same thing while in call the phone just randomly shuts off. has anyone else had a problem like that?
my razr is from t-moblie cause there could be different versions out there.
