Getting pictures from scp-3100

I tried BitPim and I couldnt get them at all. Now I do also have an 8200 and BitPim has always worked with it so I know its not the softwares fault. is there some setting I have to change or do I need another software to access the phones cam pictures?

I don't think bitpim supports pictures on the 3100 yet. that's the way I read it anyway.
