due to the fact that we have to be no-commitment priced phones for the erp account is that a valid excuse to request the unlocked code for the phones.

for example quit the job or get let go and want to take the phone to another provider.

or even just want the phone unlocked while still being employeed

i think you still have to have the acct open for 90 days and maybe add international (but thats after 6 mo I think...) There should be something about unlocking erp phones in CSP

I was looking in CSP the other day about customers requesting the unlock code, it just says mainly for customers who are out on contract or who had purchased the phone for the no commitment price are eligible for an unlock code. i dont really remember seeing anything for erp accounts.

ERP phones can be unlocked. Look at the my-cingular web page for the link to erp questions. you do not need to have international added to the account.
