VS7 earpiece volume

I bought a VS7 a week ago and I found de earpiece volume too low.
Anyone know how to change this. I mean a way to change the volume level with a software like Phone Tools.
The phone offers 4 different levels, but they are not enough.

VS the ear hope is very small.. you need to match it when you talking
