How to you upload ringtones for slvr l7?

I am new to GSM phones. I have only used IDen (Nextel) phones. I have a few questions about my new slvr L7. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can direct me towards the right direction.
1. What is the best software (tool) to use to upload ringtones on the slvr L7? 2. Where is the best place where I can download ringtones that are already made?
I do have MTP, which came with the phone.

then you install your MTP, load up the program, go to media section,select the mp3 file which u like and drag it to your sim or memory card. as for the ringtone site, just search around or use a mp3 cutter, cut it and save it.
