Quick help with the pebl

my wife just got the pebl in today as an unlocked phone for cingular. everything works good (can make and place calls) but her phone isn't able to send or recieve MMS. i assume the problem is easily fixable but i dug around on the site and couldn't find any info on it. i'm not very tech savy with phones so any help would be greatly appreciated.
