That happens twice a week here. I just shrug it off and give the phone back. I had one where the guys wife was on the screen spread on a couch. I just handed it back and told him I'd walk him through it.

It happend to me today and it was a pic of a shaven cooter. I just handed the phone back and walked him thru setting up his email and mms.

my best, guy comes in and wants to send a video to his computer of his wife taking care of herself. he offered to let me watch it, let's just say that video got sent to another address!

it happens fairly often. I just try to ignore it or hand the phone back to the customer, depends on what the customer wants me to do with their phone.

There are some disgusting people out there. Ive heard plenty of stories from people ive worked with. Stories that do include pics, vids, and ringtones. Yes i said ringtones.

I had a customer one day come in to get a Treo... Well, he had a Razr and was going to give it to what I assumed was his girlfriend. Well, I went to open it to transfer the contacts to the SIM card for him, and there was a picture of the girl, sitting on a bed spread eagle. I did not say a word, just transferred the numbers, got the SIM card and handed the phone to the girl turned off.

A couple of days later the girl comes in to switch her phone to the Razr... Well, it was still off, so I put the chip in the Razr and turned it on... The picture was still up there... So to save her some embarrassment, I changed the wallpaper to a blank screen...

Anyways... as it turns out, one of the guys in the store knew them... and she was not his girlfriend... She was his COUSIN.

Needless to say, THAT is nasty.

For some reason I seem to get a lot of weird stuff at our store.
#1: Woman comes in with XBM phone wants me to bluetooth pictures and stuff. No problem, but half way through there were a lot of pictures of her husbands "goodies." She was so embarrassed so I just shrugged it off and said whao.. congrats.
#2 Dirty 60yr man walks in with a 6102 and the background was a pair of boobs with a bud light bottle in the middle. Once again what do you do?

I had this happen a few times with some rednecks....with all sales you just smile and adapt. I laughed it off and told him nice pic, then I proceeded to sell him a car charger and case he probably didn't need.

I had an annoying woman come in with a used Razr her son gave her to replace a broken phone. She asked me to install the SIM card. When I powered it up, the wallpaper was his gf laying in bed naked. I turned off the phone and told her to charge it overnight before using it. I'm sure they had a nice conversation the next day...
