I just got my bill with a note that says:

I never knew they had a call center so close by, or even in NJ for that matter. Is this new?

Nope, Paramus has been around for awhile now. I forgot exactly what they handle, but they have more than CS in their center.

They just broke ground a few weeks ago for a new center in Colorado. Should be opened some time next year. I know it's not any where near NJ, but just an FYI.

No they don't have CS at all. They have Business Care, National Business Services, International Provisioning Centre, International Wireless Care. I think they have a Res and Tech desk as well. Huge center with a number of 5 story centers. I think it is the biggest call center for Cingular

They were a Blue center before the merger, I know I still tell people I'm headquartered out of Paramus in case they ask where I'm located.

I thought the Lubbock Care Center in Texas was the largest..... we have about 1500 reps...mostly Customer care with Tier II in there too. We take up most of the old Texas Insturments complex...
