V195 coming to Cingular?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

This phone has been released by T-Mobile. I went to several Cingular stores over the weekend and nobody had even heard of the phone, much less if it was ever coming to Cingular.

Does anyone know?

Has there ever been a phone released by T-Mobile first/exclusively and then was released later by Cingular?

Thanks...

I saw that phone a couple nights ago on T-Mobile's website. I think it looks like a nice phone.... (for a lower-end model) I doubt Cingular will get this phone. T-Mobile gets a lot of models that don't make it to Cingular. (or, maybe Cingular isn't interested in them)

Cingular already has the v190 as a GoPhone (for a while now), and it is sold on LetsTalk and Wal-Mart, just to name a couple places to buy it. The v195 has Bluetooth, and the v190 does not

Just get the better Z520a. Better UI, Quad band, more memory, faster BT.

Each carrier has their own exclusive phones. Look at the PEBL, still only on T-Mobile. RAZR was exclusive to Cingular for a while.

Cingular tested the 8801 last year. They did not decide to sell it after field tests. So I would not exactly call that an exclusive. Cingular just thought it wasn't good enough to sell, I guess T-mobile thought it was.

...And we all know know how thorough Cingular's testing is

It's a waaaaaaaaay overpriced phone, anyways. I can't believe there is one person out there who would pay that much for it...
