Can't change tabs in MPT'S "File Transfer Studio"

Using MPT, I am able to connect to my phone and do such things as transfer contacts. However, when I open the "Multimedia Studios" panel and go to the "File Transfer Studio" to trasnfer ringtones, I am unable to change tabs in the "Mobile Phone" side, in order to choose tabs like "My Music." Please help. Thanks.

You can thank Verizon for that. They have Motorola disable a lot of functionality so that you have to use Verizon's paid options 
While the Motorola forum has a new Verizon phone subtopic, it doesn't have a lot of info in it yet, so check in the Verizon forum - they have a Motorola phone subtopic, you should find the answer there.
