Anyone change the faceplate on the 6310i?

There are faceplates on gsmsquare.com and ebay for the 6310i...has anyone changed out the faceplate? I know there is a vibrating motor and earpiece on the OEM faceplate...if anyone has done this before, please post pics and precautions. thanks!
