Guys,
I am seeking for some free ringtones for motorola E398. Your expertise is needed . Is it all ringtones available in mp3 format? What is the best way to transfer those ringtones to my phone?

Yes, MP3 is the format. The best way to transfer it is through bluetooth. If your computer doesn't have bluetooth or a bluetooth adapter then use the data cable through MPT or the other software programs out there.
