Calling from PC w/L7

I want to be able to make calls on my SLVR L7 throught my PC as follows:
1. Select a number from the L7 phone book
2. PC dials the number for me
3. Call uses the PC microphone and speakers
Using MPT, I can do the first two steps, but the call comes through the L7 not the PC mic/speakers?
My L7 is connected to the PC via USB.
Can this be done?
