V710 -- Disabling PCS or an individual tower?

I just got a new phone -- a Motorola V710. In my area there is a PCS tower that comes in very poorly -- it gives 1 bar and when I talk to someone every other word it cut-off and the call drops all the time. There is a CDMA tower also nearby that works much better, however, the PCS tower is ahead of the CDMA tower in the PRL list so my phone always chooses that one. On my old phone I could disable PCS via a hidden menu so it would choose the CDMA tower and function properly but I cannot find a way to do it with the V710. Does anyone know how to do this on the V710? Otherwise if there's some way to just disable the phone from choosing the bad tower that would be great too. Thanks.

You can find it in the verizon motorola forum just do a search. Also what service provider do you have did you get it from your provider or ebay.
