Customer comes in the a V3 today. The front of the outside dislpay is shatterd. The mom takes the phone out of the box and says "He just took this phone out of his pocket and the screen was like that" I said "ok, well, what happend before he took it out of his pocket to make it like that?" She said "nothing hit the screen or anything it was just cracked" meanwhile, she's waiving it around and pieces of glass are going everywhere. I would not take the phone back, so she starts giving me the evil eye. I said "I've been selling phones for 6 years now, and i know user abuse when i see it, glass does not break on it own" this phones had the pressure point of the broken glass dead center on the display with spider cracks going ******d. I said to her "well, i'm not taking it back" and and she said to me "well, this happend with kids in our family who had this same phone, and the store took it back and gave us a new one free" lol, get the f outta here, what a liar. Furthermore, she says "we were on vacation and the crack wasn't that bad, but he used to for another 4 days and it got worse, so you should return it because the original crack was smaller" bwaahahahaha. people are morons today. So i said "I dont get a flat tire on my car, and drive another 4 days, then go back to the dealer and say "well, it was only a flat tire 4 days ago, so please replace the whole underside of my car" i didn't return it.

how hard do you have to press to put your thumb through the screen of the 8125? wow it really sucks to be that guy and you cant get insurance on that phone

did you tell him that it is a "touch screen", and not a "push as hard as you can screen"
