Hi, everyone,
The screen of my V220 is now showing just distorted patches of colors. All I can read is the clock, but even this is in supper big font size and in reverse. I can still receive and make calls, just like a normal house phone. Anyone knows is it repairable and is it worth to repair?
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply. I am still using the V220 without the screen. On your other thread, you mentioned using TTC, may I know what is this and how to do it now that my screen is gone? May be I can do it through the computer. Actually my phone started to have the same camera problem before the screen is gone. I have noticed that one thing is when I am charging the phone with the phone in the off position, and if I flip it open the screen looks fine as if nothing is wrong, the word "Charging" is clear and right there with all the colors and etc. Funny, eh?
How do you flex or flash the phone?
Thanks.

My v220 first started when the camera went blank and 2 days ago the whole screen went wacky and all garbled. Any fixes for this?

flex cable is shot...
if its out of warranty it will be heafty to have motorola service fix it, might as well junk it and spend your money on a phone from the buy/sell/trade, have u atleast looked arround in there? you can get a good phone for arround $50 or less and it will be much more durable than the v220

Hi all
I have the same problem as you. Have you fix your phone yet? If you have, write how pls. I've reflashed my v220, but nothing changed.

If it IS the flex cable, it appears that the flex assembly can still be purchased from http://cnn.cn
