RAZR v3 Camera Problem

I bought the silver Razr v3 2 days ago off of ebay. The phones works great except that when you try to access the camera, the phone shuts off and will not power back on unless you take the battery out. Does anyone know what the problems is?

I had RAZR v3 Camera Problem, I had upgraded the flash flex with RSD Lite 2.7 & reflash R374_G_0E.41.C3R_A_reflash & flex R374_BL_08_26 but now the cam is not working & Pic folder is not been accessed from mob what to do can any one help me?
