Problem with Motorola L6

I have a unlocked quadband Motorola L6 that was imported from Europe a few months ago and I can't get it to send MMS or connect to the Internet. It was a tri-band phone but I used the directions I found on this site to get it to work on the 850 band as well.

I've searched these forums and found nothing that worked to fix this. I've tried all the settings I could find here and on Cingular's forums. I've tried using their Auto-Configuration option and that didn't work either.
I have no other problems with the phone. SMS works fine.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions or ideas.
