Which cingular phone

So I am finally thinking of upgrading my V600. Yes, I know I am waaaaay behind the curve 
The problem is that I have been out of touch with all the phones out there, and am having a problem deciding which one.
Things that are important to me are:
- RF
- bluetooth
- Ability to sync. with MS outlook for contacts
- world phone
- size
Based on these criteria, cingular seems to offer the following phones:
- Motorola L2
- Motorola L6
- Motorola SLVR
- Motorola RAZR
- Nokia 6682
- SE w600i
- Samsung D807
- cingular 2125
In general, I don't like the Motorolas due to the way they store the numbers in the phonebook (have they fixed this?), so uless they have changed the way they store numbers in the phonebook, I probably will want to stay away from the Motos.
So of the rest, which phone would you guys recomend?
