Hey everyone, just having some problems with setting up my USB cable. Instructions say to install the USB driver, then install the software. While installing the USB driver, it says to attach your phone to auto-detect settings. When I go to connect it, it says you should automatically configure.. I click next, and it says driver could not be found. Does anyone have any suggestions they can offer? I am currently just using a memory card reader which works fine for me, but I really want to use the features from the Handset Manager as well. Thanks in advance!

windows is stupid. you have to tell it where the drivers are rather than automatically let it search. at least, this is usually the case, but i've never hooked up a 903sh to a pc so i don't know for 100% sure.

i think u got the wrong handset drivers.. what firmware are you using? u need specific drivers/software for specific firmware for your 903

^ taiwanese fw. I tried searching on Sharp Taiwan site, but they have no downloads in their section

are you using the original far east tone firmware.. or they hybrid?

All I know is that its Taiwanese fw, thats what i was told

Here's some info:

My fw is indeed a hybrid huh? So Handset manager doesnt work with Hybrid fw? Btw, how can you tell its hybrid?

i have the same problem, if that is Hybrid fw
then use wat version off the sofware then ?

Edit : never mine after that sofware i got it work now
ill test to see !!
