Does anyone know what is the capacity for the mini sd slot? can i get a 4gb? i know the treo has a 2gb limit....

I am using a 2gig on my 8125 with no problems. As for a 4gig, I have not seen it yet.

2 is as big as it gets in a mini. You are thinking of the regular sd card.
2 gb should work fine.
