Help - XP will not detect E815 - Can't install Drivers

Slightly different problem then the other post about E815 - I plug my E815 into the computer - and nothing happens...XP doesn't auto-detect the new hardware and ask for drivers - so I can't install them. I have tried everything - reboot with USB plugged in, without, hot-plugging, turning on and off the phone - no dice.

It is a Verizon phone. All I have ever done to it is turn off EVDO. First time I have tried to use it with the computer.

Previous phone was a V60 - that worked perfectly with the computer - TrueSync, VZAccess, XP all liked the phone.

I am using same cable, same computer - and nothing with the E815. TrueSync can identify the E815, but that seems to be the only piece of software that will admit the phone is plugged into the computer at all.

I don't want to do file transfer or Bluetooth stuff - I simply want to use the phone an VZaccess to check my e-mail when I am on vacation...

Help! I was pretty good with the V60, but I am totally lost on the E815...
