N80 looking to flash firmware!

Hello, i'm a newbie here and would like you ask ur kindly suggestion.
I got my N80 about 2 weeks ago but it only has simple Chinese and English. I'm planning to flash my N80 to traditional Chinese, which should be v14 file. However, i can seem to find V14 firmware anywhere on the internet. Can someone please kindly help me out! Or since i live in Toronto, i don't mind taking my N80 to a store to get it flashed to traditional chinese. Can any one suggest any good store to go to?
One more question, how do i change the name order for my contact? It's Last Name and then First Name now. How can i change to First Name and then Last Name?
