god I hate the summer months cuz sand in a flip hinge sucks to deal with.

lol I live in an area that has cold winters and warm summers....which means that during the summer we see an inordinate amount of phones that come in here with sand stuck in the hinge...not really physical or liquid damage if ya ask me..

Even though it's a native environment issue, it would still be considered physical damage, just like excessive heat or bleeding due the cold would be....

It's really a shame people don't protect their phones, like they do other stuff. They must think high tech electronic devices are made to be indestructable....Hand them the toothbrush and tell them to go at it, and clean their own mess......

I dont get how you get sand in your phone...keep it some place where its not exposed (yanno, use some common sense.)
