Hi there,
I've heard in Europe that there wont be any update greater than the A16 for the moment.
looks like SFR (Vodafone in France) dont want people to customize their phone.

So I was wondering if in US anyone can upload his A37 rom file...or if anybody can have the BIOS in a PANASONIC center

No one has A37 to send you. It has not released yet and probably never will. Word on the street is something higher for AT&T wireless.

I know from a sure source that it exist, anyone the point is I want a news: version A36 or A37

Well your sources are correct. these version do exist but only in limited quantities. AT&T has not released the mobile yet and the released version will be neither A36 or A37. I doubt anyone here has these versions unless they work for Panasonic or one of the carriers that is evaluating this software release. I doubt anyone will put their job on the line to give you a trial rom. But I suppose it does not hurt to ask.
Upgrades will be at the discretion of the carrier that sold the phone. This is exactly for the reasons you stated. They either want features controlled or for whatever reason do not want a newer version (risk of new problems??)

I have heard that AT&T will accept GU87 next week, so we will know then what software version is going to be public.

Hope they will give us the rom file because I should have soon the flasher for the GD87
And I know that flashing the GD87 with the A37 convert the phone to GU87! really great news

I do not think that will do it. the only difference between GU and GD is the Telephony app for the hearing impaired and the 911 call locationing technology which sux on the battery. As I understand it, these features can be turned on and off my some carrier setup loaded at the factory. I think all GD and GU phones will be loaded with A3x in the near future.

i'm sure they will some i'm expecting the A3x!

next month. I will be shocked if you get it sooner and if you do, I want proof!
Good luck
