v3i only recognized as bluetooth modem in xp

When hooking up the v3i via usb cable, the only driver that is installed is for the bluetooth usb moto modem. When I open p2k, it shows up as disconnected. Moto phone tools recognizes the phone and can access it. Any ideas on getting connected to p2ktools? Clearly it's a driver issue, but I don't know how to fix it.

you are correct - you need different drivers. you need to go to the motox site (currently down) and download the drivers.
