i have 2 v360's and i can't get any of the p2k programs to recognise them but i can go into my computer and browse thru them... any suggestions?

First, maybe your phones are set to be read from the memory card. Just change the setting to read the phone.

Second, you need the drivers for the computer to detect the phones in p2k.

they are both set to data/fax connection... i definately think i have the drivers but they didn't work...
