i just got my sk3 today and it's already broken. didn't even get to use it either. tried to charge and reset still white screen. what a cheap pos. i swear these sk are built poorly, my sister went thru 2 sk2, now her first sk3 doesn'te even work. talk about disappointment, she got all excited for the ups guy to come,then we get the phone and now the disappointment.

Just return it and im sure you have insurance so they should swap it out for you and its within the 14 days im sure. Its technology man, cant live with it, cant live without it. Happens sometimes, just call in and swap it out, good luck.

Though Im not the biggest fan of Tmobile's customer service, one thing I will say is that they are very good about exchanging their faulty products and making sure you have a working phone.

While you will often not get the same phone you paid for, you will get a phone... heh.

In this case though, you still have the 14 day policy working in your favor. The more time you waste whining, the less of a chance you have to get a new phone...

So, go go go!

i have nothing against tmo, they are always helpful in taking care of my wireless needs. they are sending me another one, which will come in next week. i wish tmo would offer next day shipping thought, i'm willing to pay for it.

the fact that i got a defective phone right out of the box without getting to use is the bad part. i mean for a $300+ phone shouldn't they have inspected the phones better before sending it out? i would understand if i got a chance to use it for a day or two, then it breaks would be understandable.

my sk3 box was not sealed. anyone who got the sk3 shipped to them was the sk3 box sealed? my sk2 box had a tmo seal on it from what i remember when i got it when it first came out back in 2004.
