Question about sk3 insurance?

if i buy a sidekick 3 of a person could you be able to get insurance on it? or do you have to buy the phone out of a t-mobile store to get the insurance need help thanx

u can only get insured for a certain amount of time after you buy the phone from them. you can't buy a phone from someone else and get it insured.
