Pheonix/card?

Okay, so I'm an agent, and I logged into CSP today and noticed 2 new links in the link bar on the left - one was CARD and the other PHEONIX. What are these two links. I click on CARD and nothing happens, but when I click on PHEONIX it launches a new window to a website in the csp.cingular.net (changed it to .com to get access since agents can't access csp.cingular.net stuff). It presented me with a login prompt, but my POS.COM II id/pw does not work for it. What are they for?

i think phoenix is a NBO function.

CARD is to send OTA's to phones.
