this phone has a dark side for sure. the battery life is not what is in the specs, i had to purchase the extended battery, and no kyocera will charge on the car charger just maintain the level it is at. the door quickly stops activating the answer or hang up feature. and last but not least, when using it on the Cricket network as i am, you cannot get any ringtones unless you use mobile phone tools or directly from cricket. the up side to the phone is that other than the door getting a little loose the phone is quite durable, and once you get a good battery the phone opperates ok.
