Hi there!! I am having trouble accessing the mobile web feature on my brand new KX5. I have subscribed to Alltel's All Axcess Pass. I have called Alltel numerous times, even tried returning my phone. But nothing seems to work. The folks at Alltel Tech support have had me change my phones settings numerous times. I have no idea if they are right now or not. Everytime I call it's a diff story. But the reality is I am paying for mobile web and do not have it. I have the kpst and managed to unlock the games Alltel had locked for me

Is there anyway to check the settings on this phone to see if they are actually right? Please help!! Hugz, kimmee

my brothers phone did the same thing and i hooked it up to kpst and unlocked his games and recording time and then for some reason his internet worked im not sure why it all of a sudden worked but it did..also he had called alltel numerous times and they did nothing

what do you do to unlock the recording time?? I unlocked the games already

You change the recording time in the same menu that you unlock the games.. All the way down to the bottom, change the 15 to 255..
