hi all,

newbie here. don't know if any of you experienced this. i just received my new w810i and installing PC Suite v1.20.237

after I click on 'run' the Installsheild starts to install in my computer but then error pops up saying: 1607 Unable to install Installsheild Scripting Runtime and I click on OK and it doesn't install.

any help is appreciated.
