Just Got A V3C RAZR without box and trying to...

I just got a V3C RAZR (MetroPCS) but no box or nothing...i bought it off the streets....i have a usb cable and the phone...i think i found the right drivers for it already but i was looking for Mobile Phone Tools or something i can get to sync my outlook phonebook with...I got mobile phone tools 3.1x but it doesnt pick up the phone....the computer has no problem picking up the phone....any suggestions thanks!
