Does anyone know how to add fields to the datebook in V3x? One of the most critical fields is missing, the "location" field - go figure, you have an appointment but don't know where to go? Moto Phone Tools (MTP) indicates there is no location field to map to on the phone but outlook has one. Can anyone help please?

Ok, so I figured out there is a workaround to this.
Using Motorola Phone Tools, go to the Synchronization menu then Modify Synchronization settings - Mapping - Select Calendar - Modify Mapping - Select "X-EVENT-HEADER" from the mobile phone's fields list then select Location from the Outlook's field list - Click on Link button then OK.

This will then pick up the location field in outlook and link it the subject ie:
Outlook looks like this:
Subject is: Meeting with John
Location is: Level 5, 39 XYZ Street

Mobile phone will look like this:
Title: Meeting with John@Level 5, 39 XYZ Street

Well at least this is a start - I have still written to Motorola asking them to add a proper Location field to the phone.
