Help!-Need to move contacts back to Samsung D807 SIM

My son has the Samsung d807 and moved all of his contacts to the phone as they were all duplicated. Now his phone has a bad screen and he is getting a replacement d807.

How can he put his contacts (just name and number) back onto his SIM card? When he gets the new phone, how do you keep the numbers from being listed twice in the phone?

He is heading to Cingular as soon as he figures out how to get the number back on the SIM so please respond!!!

my phone fried and wouldnt accept a charge....and there was no way for me to transfer the contacts to the SIM card that i could find...

You don't even need the USB cable if you have bluetooth. This method will work great.
