Upgraded ROM on 8125, my email accounts won't stick

I upgraded the ROM on my 8125 and all worked great. Reinstalled programs, etc. no problem. I then created my email accounts (regular pop3 accounts), tested send/receive, worked fine. But after a soft reset, I noticed that the email accounts I created have disappeared. The only thing left in Messaging is the Outlook and Text!!!!!!! I created the accounts again and again but they would not stick after a the softreset, they simply disappear. Can any one help please? Is there something I need to tweak in the registry?

Did you give the unit time to update before the reset? Should put it into standby and wait 2-3 minutes before resetting it.

Thank you for the advise apok, it worked. I guess the process of writing to the ROM or registry is very slow.
