Help with SPB Weather (will not download data from site)

I have a T-Mobile MDA with Cingular 8125 ROM (2.17) and for some reason my SPB weather stopped updating the weather. Nothing seems to work with it. I tried unistalling and reinstalling, did a soft soft reset, even did a hard reset and reinstalled all my software again (downgraded from 2.25 to 2.17 since 2.25 connection seems to be flaky) and it still will not work. Anyone having this issue or know of a solution?

Ive had the issue before with my xv6700. The problem was created by my template file. So after Reinstalling it all i had to do was fine another weather source.
