8125 gif problem

Okay, I downloaded some gif files from the gif wallpaper forum in this thread, then transered them to my phone.
Not only do they NOT move, but they are white and washed out looking. Is there a way to fix this?

okay, i figured out how to get the pictures to look right, but I still can't get the .gif files to move. They just stand still. Does anyone know how to fix this?
