Ramp up

Hi Guys, I have a quick Question. How does the ramp up work now with the new contract? (union) I am in Upstate NY if that makes any difference. I know that we used to get 15 phones the first month, 10 the secons and 5 the last month. Now I have been told there is no Quota Relief but there is a dollar amount for the compensation. I am looking for solid answers if possible because I am being told all different. The reason that I ask is that we have a rep that just went from SSR TO RSC and we will have new people starting soon and I would like to give them the correct answer. I am the union Stewart of the store here but I am not getting the answers that I am looking for from them. Thanks.

i am pretty sure it is 750 first month, 500 second, and 250 third.
