agile messenger not connecting with cingular 8125

I have a cingular 8125 and I tried downloading the alpha version but for some reason the program wont fit on the screen. So i downloaded the beta version instead and had no problems with the screen. However when I try to connect to a messenger program like AOL or one of the various ones it automatically says that the connection failed and asks for me to switch to the contacts list which comes up blank. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling over and over again yet nothing seems to work. I was wondering if there was anyway to fix this?

i got it working, but It keeps freezing. maybe it's because of that beta version thats on the site. But **** keeps freezing for no reason.

the alpha is for smartphones... that might have been mistake #1...

well i just found out something as i was messing around with it. For some reason it will connect only when I have it plugged into the usb of my computer... I have no idea why. Other than that it wont connect. Can somebody please help!

worked fine for me... i have unlimited media net, and auto connect turned on... dunno what to say, it was easy to set up.
