MOTO A780 keep rebooting

I am using MOTO A780. I have recently started facing this problem. My phone durin a phoen call restarts it self. The weird part is that it only does this with one carrier ( i have unlocked phone so i can keep changing the SIM) as soon as i pop in other SIM it works fine. Is this compatibility issue or soemthing else. It was working normally 2 weeks agao.
