Hi All,

I hope someone can help me with a query that I have. I have a number of music files in an MPEG format that I downloaded from iTunes to put onto my iPod, I am now trying to put these music files onto my W810i, when I use the Disc2Phone software to transfer the files it says (No Usable music tracks found.)

Thanks for any help offered.

An iPod is not a Sony or even a Sony Ericsson. If you take a look at the specs of the W810i, you will notice that it will only read MP3, ACC, M4A, MIDI audio and MP4, 3GP video. Just convert to one of those audio formats and you will be able to listen to your music.

If you're trying to put songs directly onto the phone that you purchased from iTunes and have not otherwise modified, you won't be able to play them. They are protected songs that can only play on authorized devices. So even though they might be AAC files, they won't work. You'll have to manually convert them, say to mp3, in order to strip out the protection.
