Hey all, the other day i turned my treo on, and it started to bug out, kept tring to connect to the cradle, and going in and out of my messaging, every button i hit wouldnt work the navi button stoped working, and so on and so on... ive soft reset it like 100 times, and ive done 3 hard resets, ive called sprint... what happens next. Ive also looked on their website and ive seen nothing but the 700p on there, are they going to give me a refurbed 650 or can I pay for an upgrade for the 700 and if so how much will that be?

If you have Sprint insurance or are still under warranty, you'll get a refurbished Treo 650. I've never heard of anything being able to upgrade to a 700p through the warranty process.

well since this is a busted phone thread, i think ill add mine in here too and what people think about how i can resolve it. I dropped my treo 650 gsm about an hour ago. after i dropped it, and said oh **** and all that i pressed a few buttons and everything was cool. when i went to the web it locked up. did a soft reset and now it will boots past the "palmone" screen hits the "palm powered logo" and the status light stays orange and just halts. i can do a master clear but when it does that it will boot and just go back to the palm powered logo and sit there with the orange light. so i dont know what to do, any advice?
